By registering, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Assumption of Risk: Participation in badminton and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. The participant and parent/guardian voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability: The parent/guardian releases Pines Badminton Academy, its coaches, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during participation in academy programs.
Medical Treatment: In the event of injury or illness, I authorize academy staff to seek appropriate medical attention for my child. I accept responsibility for any medical costs incurred.
Photo & Media Consent: I consent to photographs or video taken during academy activities being used for promotional purposes on social media or the academy website.
Code of Conduct: I agree to ensure my child follows all academy rules and coach instructions. The academy reserves the right to dismiss a participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
